Get In The Game

Immersive learning games combine gameplay and learning within the same environment. By engaging with the game environment, users can trigger learning events and activities. In this sense, gameplay and learning content are intrinsically linked. This approach has two key benefits:

  • If you can create a deeply satisfying immersive experience, then learners will need to master your training content to ensure they can make progress in the game.
  • Furthermore, you can tie your learning content to in game concepts to drive information home and improve knowledge retention.

As such, immersive games are best used when content creators can find a way to tie their learning objectives to in game events. The result is a fun-fuelled cohesive learning experience that can help to facilitate behaviour change and performance improvements.

Unbelievabubble

Bubble poppers, are you ready? With Bubble Blaster, learners have one goal in mind: to rid the screen of all bubbles! They’ll be armed with a powerful ‘Bubble Cannon’ that they can use to create a chain of bubbles. If they can create a one-colour chain of three (or more) bubbles, they will burst and disappear!

As the player progresses, they’ll unlock training content and their score will increase. Once all the learning material has been consumed, the game will come to an end and the celebrations can begin.
